We firmly believe that all children need the opportunity to enhance their sense of identity and to develop a positive self-image. With group care, children have the opportunity to interact with both peers and adults, learning to accept individual differences. With the opportunity to utilize self-expression, the ability to communicate with others, problem solve and make decisions we are able to encourage the development of social skills.

It is our intention to respect the cultural diversity of the children enrolled in our program through the incorporation of their language, foods, celebrations and life-styles. Recognizing traditions, special holidays through art, books, music, games and activities are a part of your child’s learning experience.

Through the implementation of The Creative Curriculum ® for Infants, Toddlers and Twos and The Creative Curriculum ® for Preschool our teachers use intentional teaching practices to incorporate developmentally appropriate activities for children of all ages. By using this curriculum, we are able to meet each child’s needs and skill levels where they are currently developing, and not just based on their chronological age. We use the corresponding Teaching Strategies GOLD TM to assess children’s progress in achieving developmental goals.
