About the Job
Our center is looking for a Lead Teacher to join our teaching team.

- Lesson plan creation and implementation.
- Use of positive guidance techniques.
- Build and maintain parent/teacher relationships.
- Evaluate, observe, and develop each child's abilities.

Minimum education requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- OR a Bachelor's degree in any field plus two additional courses in Education (or be willing to complete these within first 3 months of employment; available free, self-paced, online).
- OR 60 credits towards a degree in any field, of which 30 credit hours are early childhood education or related field.
- Additional post-employment coursework may be required to work for certain positions.
