Our center is looking for a Lead Teacher to join our teaching team.

Some responsibilities are:

Lesson plan creation and implementation.
Use of positive guidance techniques.
Build and maintain parent/teacher relationships.
Evaluate, observe, and develop each child's abilities.
Create a caring community where families feel welcome.

Minimum education requirements:

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
OR a Bachelor's degree in any field plus two additional courses in Education (or be willing to complete these within first 3 months of employment; available free, self-paced, online).
OR 60 credits towards a degree in any field, of which 30 credit hours are early childhood education or related field.
Additional post-employment coursework may be required to work for certain positions.
